Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using Tweetify to draft, schedule, and publish content through your connected X account.
Using Tweetify
You may use Tweetify only for lawful content and in accordance with X rules and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your publishing schedule, and everything you draft, upload, or publish through the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Price, billing period, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Existing customers retain their current paid terms until Apple applies an approved price change.
Free access and usage limits
Eligible users may receive a seven-day free period that does not start an App Store subscription. Plan features and fair-use limits may apply to post volume, media uploads, file sizes, or other resource-intensive activity.
Publishing and third-party services
Publishing depends on X, Apple, internet connectivity, and other service providers outside Tweetify’s direct control. Scheduled delivery times are targets rather than guarantees, and platform outages or API restrictions may delay or prevent publication.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, limit, or suspend parts of Tweetify to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or compatibility with X. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of these terms.
